For personalized items, returns are only accepted if the item is incorrect, defective, or if there was an error on our part. If your return is a result of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving the package to the return shipper. This time frame includes transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time once we receive the item (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to process the refund (5 to 10 business days).
