This personalized process may require additional time to ensure the highest quality and accuracy. Below, you’ll find details on our delivery and returns policies.

Delivery Information

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
  • Please note: Tracking information may be available before your item is shipped out, and it may take some time for the tracking status to update. Rest assured, your order is on its way!

Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days for US orders. For international orders, delivery times may vary, and customs-related delays can occasionally occur.
  • US Orders: Approximately 99% of orders are delivered on time.
  • International Orders: Around 97% are delivered on time.

Expedited Shipping Options (US Domestic Only)

  • Express Shipping: Items will be delivered within 3-5 business days after production is completed. Please note: This option is not available for PO Box addresses.
  • Priority  Shipping: Items will be delivered within 2 business days after production is completed. Please note: This option is not available for PO Box addresses.

Expedited shipping is currently available for mugs and apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, etc.) within the US.

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately based on availability.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Personalization

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the personalization details provided by the customer are incorrect. Please double-check your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original packaging and in ‘as new’ condition, including all tags and specialty packaging.

Personalized or final sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.

A photo of the item may be required before approving the return.

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at info@dynamic-digital.net with your order details and reason for return.

Our team will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds & Processing Time

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you return a bundled item, the remaining item(s) will default to the current sale price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
